VaultIntel Privacy Policy

This app processes account and usage data to deliver workspace, sync, billing, and support features.

Data we collect
- Account profile details (name, email, account ID)
- Subscription and purchase state from Apple App Store or Google Play
- Product usage and diagnostics needed for reliability, fraud prevention, and support
- Content and metadata you choose to upload or connect for in-app features

How data is used
- Provide core app functionality, cloud sync, and account authentication
- Enable subscriptions, restore purchases, and entitlement checks
- Improve performance, monitor abuse, and troubleshoot issues

Platform-specific disclosures
- iOS (Apple App Store): Purchase data is processed through Apple's in-app purchase systems. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in Apple ID subscription settings.
- Android (Google Play): Purchase data is processed through Google Play Billing. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in Google Play subscription settings.
